The hotel is conveniently located near the North pier and close to all amenities. The room offers a nice sea view and comes with comfy beds and tea/coffee facilities. The service provided by the staff, especially Natalie in the restaurant, is first class. The food options are varied and include vegetarian choices. the hotel is dog-friendly and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
There was some inconsistency with the entertainment as we were told there would be entertainment but it did not happen.

Lovely, clean rooms with friendly staff. Great amenities: kettle, iron, hair dryer. Comfy towels, powerful shower. Attentive dining room team.

This hotel on the promenade offered great value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a choice of walk-in showers or baths. The staff were excellent, providing attentive service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.
No significant negative aspect, everything was satisfactory.
